Here's the list of documentation required when submitting a home mortgage application:

• Last 2 years Tax Returns with All Federal pages

• Last 2 years W2's and 1099's

• Last 2 months Bank Statements with all pages

• Last 2 Paystubs that cover at least a 30 day pay period

• Driver's License copies

Note: A few more items of documentation may be required by the lender, but providing this list should take care of 90 percent of what the underwriter will request
